Stay With Us

All our guest bedrooms are spacious and enjoy views across the garden or woods, and some towards Chichester Harbour to the south.

They are well-furnished with comfortable seating and have free wi-fi, flat screen TV/DVD’s, hair dryer, hospitality tray with an assortment of teas, coffees and hot chocolate, bottled water and a selection of biscuits. All our guest bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with fluffy white towels and complimentary toiletries.

Very spacious double/family room with a king-size bed and a single bed.

Can also have an additional childs bed and/or cot to accommodate a family.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. Hollybank House and the grounds were peaceful and glorious. We had a room overlooking the garden at the back, which was perfect!
The breakfast was delicious and the dining room was a beautiful high-ceilinged room, full of lovely furniture and paintings on the walls and again, glorious views of the gardens!
I would definitely recommend Hollybank House to anyone wishing to stay in Emsworth.

What a lovely place to stay, lovely location just outside Emsworth. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and the bath was huge! The breakfast is lovely and plentiful too. Ian and the family (the owners) are great people and nothing is too much trouble for them. We will certainly be back in the Spring!

Lovely house, great breakfast, really friendly hosts. I was made to feel welcome from the start and enjoyed the run of a spacious sitting room. The bedroom was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a nice working shower. I would be delighted to stay again.

This is a very unique and special place. Absolutely stunning setting with huge peaceful gardens. The house is so beautiful too. We stayed in the Green Room and it was comfortable, decorated beautifully and very cosy.

The service was great- very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is incredible. It really is a home from home and a short drive or walk into Emsworth. Will definitely go back!
